The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to the Economic Code" (re Form of a Land Lease Contract)

The Bill (Reg. No.1135) excludes regulations appertaining to land relations (conclusion of land lease agreements, land rental fee) from Article 290 of the Economic Code of Ukraine.

The Bill eliminates discrepancies in the Economic Code of Ukraine as regards requirement of obligatory notarial attestation of land lease agreements and principles for establishment of land rental fee. The said requirements belong to the jurisdiction of special legislation, namely the Land Code of Ukraine and the Law "On Land Lease".
